Every morning around 6:30 AM Pacific, the automation scans Apptoto appointment notifications and records each booking, cancellation and reschedule as a completed Radius activity. Bookings and reschedules move an Open lead to Assessment Pending.
Periodic enrollment emails based on lead status and previous communications are paused while the Apptoto sync is prioritized. The sequence resumes only on Alvin’s go-ahead.
